Showtrax International is the sole distributor for VentureShield
Paint Protection Film within the Motor Racing Industry. At the forefront
of racing, Showtrax already supplies dozens of teams from Britain
and
elsewhere with either templated car and bike kits or rolls of film
for self application.
This product is considerably stronger than any of
its competition. Unlike other paint protection films, it does not
have a coating and the strength is throughout the film rather than
just on the surface. Because of this, VentureShield does not split
or develop an ‘orange peel’ effect when stretched around
the bodywork. It has immense ability to resist small stones and
other debris, so protecting the vehicle bodywork from ‘scuffing’
and paint damage.
VentureShield is virtually invisible and can
be applied under or over decals.
On Carbon Fibre bodywork, the film also acts as a
guard against impact damage. The film holds the
bodywork together and does not allow shards of carbon fibre to cross
onto the track. The majority of the current A1 Grand Prix cars are
fully fitted with VentureShield. The results are plain to see.
As more and more race teams see the huge advantages
this product has over conventional ‘helicopter tape’
in both strength and price, the more templates we are
producing to ensure that a proper kit is made available. To date,
the following racecar's have been templated:

Many other cars such as LMP1 and LMP2 cars are all
installed by our own specialists or with training, by the teams
themselves.
A number of Formula 1 cars use VentureShield on leading
edges, however extensive tests are now being carried out to assess
whether greater use of the film will make the F1 even safer.
Away from the track, we have templates for most
road cars and are installers around the country are on hand to fit
the paint protective film to virtually every make of car.

For motorbikes templates may be purchased in full, tank or universal
kit form. All kits are supplied complete with installation instructions
and application tools. Alternatively, installation services are
available.
Whilst bike kits are designed to be self installed
and are extremely user friendly, installations for cars need to
be done by a qualified and trained fitter. We have installers around
the country who are very experienced in installing this particular
product and who guarantee their work via the VentureTape Corporation.

What is VentureShield?
This is the toughest chip protection film on the market. Combining
excellent elastic properties and optical clarity with a high shear

Will it diminish the appearance
of my vehicle?

Can VentureShield be washed and
waxed?
Yes, you may wash and wax your vehicle as if the film were not present.
Will my vehicle fade in the sun?
Yes. this film is UV stable, but will allow UV rays to penetrate.
If I sell my vehicle, can VentureShield
be removed?
Yes. It uses a patented acrylic adhesive which can be safely removed
without residue, leaving your vehicle looking as great as the day
you bought it!
