Investing in equipment for any race team is an expensive exercise and it is, therefore, vital that everything is well
protected. Our new range of cases use the latest
lightweight robust materials ensuring that the case rather than the equipment takes the knocks.

Our cases all carry lockable wheels and tough
comfortable handles. Wheel couplings can be removed (optional) and we can also provide lockable cases. For ‘fly aways’, we add aluminium runners under the case for forklift use.

We now build cases for virtually everything that the team needs. Items such as helmets, radio equipment,
computers, engines, bikes, flooring, gear boxes, gantries, walling and spare parts are all included.

The new toolbox flight case is also proving to be very popular with the ability to specify the drawer sizes and configuration. Cases are also built in team colours where possible.

Pit display case
Takes the entire pit walling system. Standard measurements are 2.2m long x 1.1m high x 584mm wide.
Weight 45 kgs.

Gantry case
Takes entire gantry system. Standard measurements are 3m long x 600mm high x 584mm wide. Weight 30 kgs.

Powerhood case
Single or double version available. Standard measurements are 2m long x 1.1m wide x 200mm high. Weight 28kgs. (For the carbon fibre powerhood, we use padded bags for transport.)

Unless specified, our flight cases come in standard black. However, we are able to produce cases to virtually any colour you might require.

For all of our aluminium profiles and walling panels we also manufacture slotted bags to prevent damage to the equipment. These roll up and are fastened with buckles. For the more sensitive equipment, we use padded materials. If budgets prevent flight cases, then bags are essential.
